If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, you can do so within 14 working days of receipt of your goods as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

However, we can't always stop your order from being delivered and in this instance we would request that the packaging is kept intact, Neo-slip is unused and returned to us. Refunds will be processed the same day as receiving the item back to our warehouse.
